Born may 10, 1949 in the city of Atyrau. He graduated from the Moscow power engineering Institute in 1975 with a degree in Electrical apparatus. From 1975 to 1977, he worked as an assistant at the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute, and from 1977 to 1981, he was a post – graduate student at the Moscow energy Institute. There, in 1981, he defended his PhD thesis. In 2002, I successfully defended my doctoral thesis and am a corresponding member of the Academy of electrical Sciences of the Russian Federation. General scientific and pedagogical experience – 40 years. At the Kazakh national technical University. K. I. Satpaeva from 1981 to the present time worked as a senior lecturer, associate Professor, Deputy Dean and Professor head of the Department. From 2004 to 2008, he was head of the Department of "Automation and telemechanics" of KazNTU. K. I. Satpayev. From 2008 to 2013, he was head of the Department "radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications".
I have sufficient practical experience with power electronics and electrical engineering. I am the author of 250 scientific papers, including 30 copyright certificates of the USSR and patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2 patents of the Eurasian patent office, 2 monographs, 1 textbook. Over the past five years, I have published more than 30 scientific papers, including patents and articles in indexed foreign scientific journals: I Direct the scientific works of doctoral and master's students, under my leadership, two PhD and two doctoral dissertations are protected and at the moment I am the head of one doctoral student.
