In accordance with the Rules for Awarding Academic Titles (Associate Professor (Docent), Professor) approved by Order No. 128 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2011, as amended by Order No. 435 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 5, 2024, the Academic Council of NJSC “K.I.
