1C Kazakhstan Laboratory of Satbayev University

The “1C Kazakhstan” Laboratory was established in 2023 at Satbayev University within the Institute of Automation and Information Technologies. The laboratory is an official partner of 1C in the Republic of Kazakhstan and functions as a structural unit responsible for coordinating and implementing projects related to the integration of digital technologies and 1C software solutions into the educational process and the scientific-practical activities of students.

The main objective of the 1C Kazakhstan Laboratory is to develop students’ practical skills in working with modern software products of the 1C line, as well as to integrate 1C solutions into the university’s educational programs to train highly demanded specialists in accounting automation, management, and data analysis.

Key areas of activity:

·         organizing and conducting practical classes, master classes, and training sessions on 1C software products such as 1C: Accounting, 1C: ERP, 1C: Document Management, and other specialized solutions;

·         participating in the implementation of educational courses and internships for students majoring in “Information Systems” and “Automation of Industrial Processes”;

·         developing research activities of students and faculty in the field of business process digitalization and enterprise management automation;

·         creating joint projects with employers and IT companies to develop students’ professional competencies;

·         developing and implementing digital transformation solutions for educational and administrative processes of the university based on the 1C platform;

·         organizing certification programs that allow students to obtain official 1C specialist certificates.

The laboratory pays special attention to students’ practical training. Students gain experience in solving real business cases, modeling production and management processes, and developing digital solutions on the 1C platform, which greatly contributes to their successful employment.

“1C Kazakhstan” actively cooperates with employers, government bodies, and IT companies, providing students with opportunities to participate in projects, professional competitions, and internships.
