Selection committee
The Admission Committee is a structural subdivision of NJSC “Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpaev". The main goal of the AC activity is the effective organization of the acceptance of documents of persons entering the University, the conduct of entrance examinations and the enrollment of students who have successfully passed the competitive selection.

– Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" dated July 27, 2007 №319-III;
– Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Combating Corruption” dated 18.11.2015. №410-V ZRK;
- Anti-corruption standard for ensuring openness and transparency in organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.05.2020;
- Model rules for the activities of educational organizations implementing educational programs of higher and (or) postgraduate education, approved by order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2018 №595;
– Rules for conducting unified national testing and the provision of public services "Issuance of a certificate of passing a unified national test", Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 2, 2017 №204 (as amended);
– Model rules for admission to study in educational organizations implementing educational programs of higher and postgraduate education, Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2018 №600 (as amended);
– Rules for conducting comprehensive testing, Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 8, 2019 №190;
– Charter of NJSC “Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev”, approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

– Rules for admission to training NAO KazNRTU named after. K.I. Satpaev (bachelor's, master's, doctoral studies).
The main task of the AC:
- Carrying out career guidance work;
- high-quality recruitment of applicants and their enrollment in the University, by assisting applicants in making the best decision on their future professional career.
The Admission Committee:
- monitors the implementation of the enrollment plan in accordance with the Strategy, Program and Development Plan of the University;
- ensures the implementation of the summer admission campaign (June-August), the winter admission campaign (November-January of the next year) and submits a proposal to the Chairman of the Board-Rector of the University on the allocation of budgetary funds and other resources for the training of personnel to work as part of the AC;
- develops the Rules for admission to the University for the next academic year;
- organizes the admission of persons entering the University for educational programs of higher and postgraduate education;
- organizes creative examinations for persons who have submitted documents to the selection committee for the relevant educational programs of the University;
- monitors the entrance examination process to ensure quality standards at the University, including zero tolerance for cheating in entrance examinations, corruption and plagiarism;
- monitors compliance with the availability of information for applicants on the official website of the University;
- organizes and conducts "Days of open doors" - in order to get the opportunity of contact of applicants with students already studying to get acquainted with all aspects of education at the University;
- carries out its activities in off-line and on-line modes by remote consultation and acceptance of documents through available means of communication;
- transfers the personal files of applicants according to the transfer acceptance certificate to the archive for storage;
- transfers the signed agreements of applicants according to the act-acceptance of the transfer for registration in the directorate of the institutes;
- issues an order on the enrollment of applicants and sends the order to the registrar's office according to the transfer acceptance certificate for its further registration and storage;
- analyzes the results and draws up a report on the work done by the Admissions Committee for the recruitment of the contingent;
- develops a AC work plan for the next year;
The staff of the Admissions Committee consists of the Executive Secretary, Deputy Executive Secretary, General Manager and managers.
