3. Terms of the tender.
The tender for the provision of objects for property lease is carried out in two stages:
1) at the first stage of the tender, envelopes with tender applications are opened and participants are qualified for compliance with the requirements of the Rules and tender documentation;
2) at the second stage of the tender, the admitted participants take part in the bidding with a proposal to increase the rental rate. At the same time, the starting rental rate at the auction is the highest initial price offer of one of the participants admitted to the second stage of the tender.
