Relevance

The project is relevant in the conditions of modern mining production, where difficult geological conditions, such as the heterogeneity and complex structure of ore and non-metallic bodies, make it difficult to fully extract conditioned ores. The development of innovative technologies to enhance the completeness of extraction of minerals from such complex-structured blocks contributes to improving the efficiency of mining operations, improving the quality of extracted ores and reducing mining losses. It also makes it possible to significantly increase the profitability of enterprises and reduce the environmental impact through more efficient use of resources.

Purpose

The establishment of patterns of placement of various elements of complex-structured blocks of ledges in the blasted mass and the development of innovative technologies based on them for the complete extraction of disparate conditioned ores together with a small part of contact substandard ores, ensuring stable shipment of ore mass of the required quality with acceptable errors.

Expected and achieved results

The patterns of the placement of ore, non-metallic bodies of complex-structured blocks of the ledge in the collapse of the rock mass have been established. Methods have been developed to determine the criteria for the difficulty of extracting conditioned ores in the collapse. A justification has been made for the complete extraction of isolated conditioned ores and some of the substandard ores with the shipment of ore mass with a metal content similar to that of conditioned ores (deviation of no more than 10%).
