AP22685000 "Visualization of technological processes for the extraction of tungsten oxide from tungstite concentrates using 3D models"
Relevance
With the growing demand for refractory metals, in particular tungsten, the development of efficient technologies for processing wolframite concentrate is of strategic importance. Improving the processes of mechanical activation, sintering and leaching can significantly increase the extraction of valuable components, reduce the loss of raw materials and increase the economic efficiency of processing.
Purpose
Investigation of wolframite concentrate (chemical and phase analyses). Investigation of modes and parameters of mechanical activation, sintering and leaching of tungsten concentrates.
Expected and achieved results
1. X-ray phase analysis of wolframite concentrate; 2. X-ray diffractometric analysis of wolframite concentrate; 3. Modes and parameters of sintering of wolframite concentrate with soda Na2CO3, dependence graphs and kinetic equations are compiled; 4. Modes and parameters of leaching of sinters. Dependence graphs and kinetic equations are compiled.; In this project, mathematical modeling methods will be used to substantiate the technological modes and parameters of technological processes, allowing to evaluate various parameters of technological processes, which in the future will increase the extraction of valuable components, and simulate technological schemes.
