AP23489432 "New conversion anticorrosive coatings based on waste from the enrichment of manganese ores in Kazakhstan"
Relevance
This will be achieved by reducing the cost of phosphating solutions produced based on manganese ore processing waste.
Purpose
Development of new technological solutions for processing waste from the enrichment of manganese ores from Kazakhstani deposits into phosphating solutions and conversion anticorrosive coatings
Expected and achieved results
The study has demonstrated, for the first time, the possibility of using waste from the beneficiation of manganese ores from Kazakhstani deposits to obtain phosphating solutions. These solutions can be applied to create anticorrosion coatings on steel products. This approach allows for the efficient use of secondary resources, reducing the environmental impact and saving raw materials. The results of the research open up new possibilities for the processing of manganese ores, which could significantly influence the development of corrosion protection technologies for metals, as well as reduce the cost of producing phosphating solutions.
