АР19677949 "Improving the safety and efficiency of mine ventilation by improving the aerodynamics and design of operated main fans"
Relevance
The project is relevant for the mining industry, where efficient ventilation of mines and mines plays a key role in ensuring safety and increasing productivity. Upgrading outdated main ventilation fans that do not meet modern requirements will improve the parameters of ventilation systems, increase the reliability of equipment, reduce operating costs and significantly increase efficiency. Modern fans with highly loaded rotors will ensure more stable ventilation operation, which is extremely important for the conditions of mines and mines, and will also reduce the impact on the environment.
Purpose
Solving the problem of increasing the safety and efficiency of ventilation of mines and mines by modernizing main ventilation fans that have run out of life and do not meet the requirements of the ventilation system of mining enterprises, through the development and use of highly loaded rotors.
Expected and achieved results
The results of experimental studies on the aerodynamics of fans and optimization of the design of the working blades are obtained: The methods of modernization of obsolete shaft axial fans such as VOD and VOC are substantiated; The unevenness of the air flow velocity field and its effect on the layout of the fan and its aerodynamic parameters are determined. Increasing the efficiency of the main ventilation fans of the VOD and VOC type is achieved by replacing a two-stage aerodynamic circuit with straightening devices with a single-stage aerodynamic circuit with an inlet guide and straightening devices while increasing the speed of rotation of the rotor. Based on the analysis of the air flow velocity fields in the supply channel of the main ventilation unit and in the input elements of the main ventilation fans, a method for upgrading two-stage axial fans of water that have repeatedly exhausted their service life (aerodynamic scheme OV-84 TsAGI), including an impeller and a straightening device in each stage, by replacing a two-stage rotor with a highly loaded one, is substantiated. single–stage, made according to the scheme "inlet guide device - impeller – straightening device", which makes it possible to achieve the required aerodynamic parameters, will ensure the uniformity of the air flow at the inlet to the impeller, increase the service life of the rotor bearings and significantly reduce its weight.
