Development of effective technology of complex enrichment and processing of refractory gold-containing raw materials of Aktobe deposit
Relevance
In the gold mining industry, easily enriched sources of raw materials are being exhausted and replaced by inconvenient stubborn, double stubborn sources. Single stubbornness means fine dissemination of gold in minerals, and double stubbornness means the presence of natural carbon. The share of refractory gold-containing raw materials involved in processing is increasing, in connection with which the development of effective technologies for processing refractory gold-containing ores is currently paid close attention and it is an actual task.
Purpose
Development of optimal technological modes of enrichment and processing of hard-to-enrich gold-containing raw materials of Aktobe deposit of Mynaral ore field on the basis of intensification of processes of gravitational and flotation enrichment, leaching with obtaining of high-quality gold-containing concentrate and reduction of ecological pressure.
Expected and achieved results
Expected results:
- technological regulations for enrichment and complex processing of refractory gold-bearing raw materials of Aktobe deposit of Mynaral ore field;
- 3 (three) articles and (or) reviews in peer-reviewed scientific publications indexed in Science Citation Index Expanded of Web of Science database and (or) having CiteScore percentile in Scopus database not less than 35 (thirty five);
- not less than 1 (one) article or review in a peer-reviewed foreign or domestic publication recommended by COCSONVO (Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
Results achieved:
The material composition of refractory gold-bearing ore of Aktobe deposit was studied.
The modes of gravitational extraction of free gold have been worked out.
The modes of flotation enrichment are being worked out.
According to the obtained results 1 article was published in the journal "Complex utilisation of mineral raw materials", which is a part of COCSONVO.
The article was submitted to the journal "Eurasian mining" quartile Q2 in Scopus database. Status of publication "under review"
