Professional biography
Akyltay Burgegulov received his education at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Communications, Faculty of Aerospace and Information Technologies, specializing in Space Engineering and Technology. He later received a Master's degree in Mathematical Modeling from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics. He completed his education in the doctoral program at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Information Systems, specializing in Intelligent Control Systems.
His research activities focus on the development of software and algorithms in the field of information technology and mathematical modeling.
In addition, he has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals and participated in international conferences related to the application of digital technologies and intelligent systems in smart cities and security systems.
Burgegulov's professional experience includes work in the field of satellite navigation and embedded systems development. He worked as a 2nd category software engineer at JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary", where he was involved in the design of devices for satellite navigation, development of parsers and remote control of systems. He also participated in the design of the ERA-GLONASS emergency call device at Kaztechinnovations.
Currently, Burgegulov is the executor of the project "Development of a software and hardware complex for monitoring the state of the reservoir filling level" AP19678157.
Additionally
Advanced training course for specialists in the space industry in the Republic of Belarus, Minsk, from 09/24/2018 to 10/07/2018 on the topic: "Development of high-precision navigation receivers"
This internship took place at the Belarusian State University and at NTLab LLC; specialists from NTLab LLC, the Belarusian State University and the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics were involved in teaching.
