Professional biography

Akerke Tinalovna Kulbayeva – Master of Pedagogy, Senior Lecturer.

Akerke Kulbayeva graduated from the Faculty of Philology at Abai Almaty State Pedagogical University. From 2002 to 2004, she studied for a master's degree at the Department of Pedagogy at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

From November 2004 to September 2009, she worked as an Inspector of the HR Department in the Administrative Department of Satbayev University (Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev). From 2014 to November 2024, she held the position of Chief Manager at the E.A. Turkybayev Institute of Project Management. Since September 2024, she has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Kazakh and Russian Languages.

Akerke Kulbayeva has a total of 20 years of professional experience. Since 2004, she has been serving as the trade union representative at Satbayev University, actively participating in the university’s public activities.

For her contributions to scientific, pedagogical, and organizational activities, Akerke Kulbayeva has been awarded Honorary Diplomas of Satbayev University, as well as: 2022 – A Letter of Appreciation from M. Begentayev. 2023 – A Letter of Appreciation from S. Nurbek, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2024 – Published two articles in the materials of the International Scientific and Methodological Seminar "Innovative Methods of Teaching the Kazakh Language and the Potential of Digital Technologies", namely:

"Language Policy: Challenges in Teaching Kazakh as a Second Language" "Developing Kazakh Speaking Skills Among Turkmen Students".
