Professional biography
Maksat Muratovich Mamadiyarov graduated in 2012 from Satbayev University (Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev) with a Bachelor’s degree in Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunications (5B071900).In 2014, he earned his Master’s degree in Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunications (6M071900).In 2021, he successfully defended his PhD dissertation in Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunications (6D071900) at Satbayev University.
Since 2014, he has been working at the Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Space Technologies (ETiKT), where he conducts lectures and research in the fields of radio engineering, electronics, and communication systems. His teaching focuses on integrating modern modeling and simulation tools into the learning process.
Earlier in his career, he gained significant professional experience in the telecommunications and media sectors:– 2012–2013: Engineer at JSC Kazakhtelecom (“Almatytelecom”),– 2013–2014: Senior Specialist at JSC Kazpost,– 2015–2016: Deputy Director for Development and Infrastructure at W-Telecom,– 2020–2021: Technical Director at Ideal CSP,– 2021–2022: Director of the Youth and Sports Department at Satbayev University.
Currently, in addition to his academic duties, he is also the author and host of the “AnykTime” program on the “Almaty” TV channel.
His research interests include ozonator devices, water purification technologies, and telecommunication systems. He is the author of more than 20 scientific publications, including articles indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, and co-author of two patents for utility models:
1. Device for producing ozone–air mixture (No. 9006, 2024);
2. Device for flocculation and purification of natural and industrial wastewater (No. 9866, 2024).
Dr. Mamadiyarov actively participates in grant-funded research projects of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Today, he continues his teaching and research career at Satbayev University and is recognized as one of the leading representatives of the new generation of Kazakh scientists in the field of radio engineering and telecommunications.

2008–2012 – Studied at the K.I. Satbayev Kazakh National Research Technical University with a major in 5B071900 – “Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunications.”
2012–2014 – Obtained a Master of Engineering degree in the specialty 6M071900 – “Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunications.”
In 2021, defended a dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 6D071900 – “Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunications” at Satbayev University.
