Professional biography

After graduating from graduate school, he was sent by the Ministry of Education to the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute, where from 1972 to 1981 he worked as a teacher, Art. teacher, associate professor, head. Department, dean of this educational institution. Since 1973 to 1979 - Secretary of the party organization of this institute, member of the Arkalyk city committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, where I gained significant experience in public work.     From 1981 to 1991 he worked as an assistant professor, deputy head. Department of Philosophy, Faculties of Humanities, Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov. Intensively worked on a doctoral dissertation on the topic "Problems of the relationship between politics and morality in a transitional society."      In 1987, I was sent to Leningrad State University. Zhdanov for English courses with the aim of later teaching philosophy at Addis Ababa University. However, the crisis of society that had unfolded by this time did not allow me to go to work in Africa.     In 1991-93 worked as the head of the department of the IPC of cultural workers of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1993, at the invitation of the leadership of the newly opened Kostanay State University, he returned to his small homeland and worked here as head. cafe. philosophy until 2005. These were the most fruitful years of my activity. In 1998, the monograph "Modernization of Society: The Relationship of Politics and Morality" was published, in 1999 a doctoral dissertation was defended at KazNU named after Al-Farabi. In the same years, I set out to write a new generation textbook on philosophy in the Kazakh language, which was carried out in 4 parts at Kostanay State University for several years.     From 2005 to 2021, he worked at KazATK named after M. Tynyshpayev, from 2021 to the present - at the Academy of Logistics and Transport. In the last years of my activity in Almaty, I have published textbooks "Philosophy" on kaz. language, "Philosophy," "World of philosophy" in Russian, "The world of philosophy" in English, published over 40 articles, spoke at international conferences in Moscow, Brussels, Asuncion (Paraguay).

Education

In 1964-1968 - Student of the History Department of Kostanay Pedagogical Institute. In 1968-1969 worked as an inspector of Kostanay Oblo. In the fall of 1969 he entered full-time graduate school at the Department of Philosophy of KazPI named after Abai. The chosen topic of the Ph.D. thesis "Social norms and patterns of their development." She was defended at KazSU named after S.M. Kirov in 1974.
