Professional biography
Tileuberdi Nurbol began his professional career at the K.I. Satpayev Institute of Geological Sciences in September 2011. From 2012 to 2014, he pursued his master’s degree, and in 2014–2015, he headed the Department for Commercialization of Scientific Projects and External Relations. In 2023, he defended his PhD dissertation in the specialty 6D070800 – "Oil and Gas Engineering" on the topic: “Enhancing Oil Recovery Efficiency through Nitrogen Injection into the Productive Formation (Case Study of the North Karamandybas Field).”
Since 2015, he has been working at the Laboratory of Oil and Gas Geology, actively participating in scientific research focused on substantiating the hydrocarbon potential of Kazakhstan’s sedimentary basins. Over the years, he has proven himself to be a responsible, thoughtful, and proactive specialist.
Dr. Tileuberdi specializes in petroleum geology and has hands-on experience studying reservoir properties of fields in the Mangyshlak region. The experimental methods he developed for enhancing oil recovery through nitrogen injection into productive reservoirs formed the basis of his doctoral research.
With over 14 years of experience at the Institute of Geological Sciences, he has established himself as a highly qualified expert proficient in modern methods of geological mapping and computer-based processing of field, graphical, and analytical data.
He is the author and co-author of more than 50 scientific publications published in national and international peer-reviewed journals. For his contributions to science, he has been awarded two Certificates of Honor from the Institute.
Since 2023, he has been working at Satbayev University, where he has held the position of Associate Professor of the Department since 2024.
