Request for expressions of interest in creating a market entity through the implementation of a public-private partnership mechanism

For the purpose of public discussion in accordance with paragraph 13 of Appendix 1 to Order No. 103 of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2017, the project initiator is posting this request.

NAO “Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev” proposes to consider the initiative to create a limited liability partnership “PolyTechPark Technology Park”.

The main areas of activity of the PolyTechPark Technology Park LLP are:

1) consulting on commercial activities and management;

2) providing engineering and technical consulting services;

3) other activities related to the provision of auxiliary commercial services not included in other groups.

The public discussion period is from October 30, 2025, to November 13, 2025. Interested parties (government agencies, representatives of the business community, scientific organizations, public associations) are invited to submit their proposals, comments, and recommendations regarding the implementation of the project.

• in writing at the address: 22 Satpaeva Street, 050013, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.

Based on the results of the discussion, a Protocol of Public Discussions will be drawn up and posted on the official website of the project initiator.
