How is the practice going?

The types of practical training are:

The purpose of the educational practice is to consolidate and deepen the theoretical knowledge gained in the study of the disciplines of the curriculum. Formation and development of professional skills. Acquisition of primary practical experience in the chosen field of training.

Cisco Network Academy, the course "Introduction to Cybersecurity" and Huawei, the course "Fundamentals of data transmission networks" were organized at the Department of Cybersecurity, Information Processing and Storage.

Fundamentals of Data Networks (Huawei) - This course is designed to assess students' professional abilities through theoretical training and aims to use these skills through pilot projects. This course covers 56 hours of theory introduction, including basic knowledge of IP networks, Ethernet switching networks, WAN, WLAN, network security, network access, network management and operation and maintenance, the basics of network services and applications, as well as the basics of SDN and programming automation, and provides 72 hours of laboratory classes. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to assist in the design of small corporate networks, as well as the deployment, operation and maintenance of Huawei data transmission devices. In addition, students will receive the qualification of network engineers for small and medium-sized enterprises and lay a solid foundation for further education.

Objectives of the production practice:

• Agreement on the Organization and Conduct of Practice: A signed document approving the terms and conditions of the practice.

The purpose of pre-graduate practice is to serve as an indicator of a student's readiness for real work in their field. It allows students to evaluate their strengths and those areas that require additional development.

Together with the supervisor and representatives of the organization, students develop a pre-graduate internship program. It includes goals, objectives, expected results and a work plan. Students complete assigned tasks and projects according to the internship program. This may include data analysis, project participation, report preparation, and other professional tasks.

During the internship, students regularly consult with the supervisor and representatives of the organization.

Upon completion of the internship, the student draws up a report describing the work done, the results achieved and the experience gained.
