Satbayev University invites investors to capital formation in dwelling of the dormitory
Non-profit Joint Stock Company KazNTRU named after K.I.Satpayev (hereinafter referred to as the University) notifies of the acceptance of commercial proposals from investors wishing to participate in the construction of a new dormitory building for at least 1,000 beds at the address: 122/22 Baitursynov Str., Almaty.
The project will be implemented within the framework of the program "Five social Initiatives" in terms of the construction of student dormitories with the participation of JSC "Financial Center".
Terms of participation:
• 100% financing of the project by the investor.
• Receiving compensation from the Joint Stock Company "Financial Center" for the construction of 230 MCI/k-place within 6 years after the commissioning of the facility.
• The construction of the dormitory will be carried out on a plot of land owned by the University without further alienation in favor of the investor.
• Presentation of the preliminary draft project agreed with the Department of Urban Planning and Urban Studies of Almaty at the Board of Directors and the Academic Council of the University.
The deadline for accepting applications: "27" February 2023.
The hearing and presentation of the preliminary draft project will take place at the address: Almaty, Baitursynova str./Satpayeva 122/22, Oil Building, 3rd floor, Conference hall No. 316. The date will be announced additionally on the portal.
