Vacancy for the position of chief administrator in the IT-infrastructure department

Responsibilities:

• Administration of basic Microsoft corporate services (AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.);
• Administration of Exchange Server mail system, Exchange Online, SMTP streams
• Administration of Microsoft support services - SystemCenter, WSUS, NPS, KMS
• Hybrid Microsoft infrastructure administration - Azure AD, Microsoft 365, hybrid Exchange, cloud synchronization and on-premise
• Linux system administration - basic system configuration (network, disks, users) and transferring the system to internal customers
• Service Desk system administration, corporate anti-virus
• Monitoring and troubleshooting and subsequent troubleshooting of incidents;
• Skills in working with monitoring systems;
• Technical support, level 3 support;

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the functioning of the following network services providing the functionality of the infrastructure - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, understanding of the basics of delimitation of user rights for access to corporate resources;
• Basic knowledge of the methodology of working with the family of client operating systems Microsoft Windows, troubleshooting, optimization, troubleshooting means Microsoft without resorting to third-party solutions, creating system backups, restore points, etc.;
• Experience with command line shell and Powershell scripting language;
• Experience with Microsoft AzureAD cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365
• Experience with Microsoft hybrid infrastructures
• Understanding of remote access technologies;
• Understanding of the basics of ITIL methodology;
• Ability to quickly find information to solve problems;
• Ability to predict the consequences of their actions;
• Experience in working with monitoring systems;
• Be willing to take responsibility;
• Willingness to learn new things quickly, materials available;
• To be diligent, understanding and patient, to reach goals, to have a desire to develop;
• English proficiency is not lower than reading technical documentation.
• Higher education
• At least 5 years of work experience in administration

Desirable, but not critical:

• Experience with Linux operating system, basic;
• Basic SQL skills (provisioning, maintenance);
• Experience with hardware (servers, storage, networking, infrastructure);
• Experience in firewalling;
• Experience in building fault tolerant systems;
• Experience in backup systems;
• Certificates in the subject area will be an additional advantage during the selection process.
