Announcement of the defense of a doctoral dissertation 

Defense of the doctoral dissertation of Faizullin Adil Ramazanovich   on the topic «Development of an information and communication system for managing a higher education institution» in the educational program 6D071900 – Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications will be held at the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satbayev. 

The thesis was performed at  North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev and is presented in the form of a dissertation.  

The defense will be held in Russian.
