About the defense of doctoral thesis

Defense of doctoral thesis for the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree of Kemelbekova Ainagul on the theme «Study of self-organization effects of zinc oxide thin layers on the surface of hierarchical porous silicon for optoelectronics applications» in the specialty 6D071000 – «Materials science and technology of new materials»will take place at the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev.

The work was performed at the Institute of Physics and Technology at the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K. I. Satpayevand presented in the form of a dissertation. The defense will be held in Russian.
