BR24993105 " Creation of a Biotechnological R&D Center for the Development and Commercialization of Agricultural Products and Technologies"

Relevance

The establishment of testing laboratories and the development of biologics using humic substances open up new opportunities for domestic producers in the agricultural sector, allowing them to improve product quality and reduce costs. The introduction of an online educational platform facilitates access to advanced knowledge and technology, which significantly improves productivity and reduces the cost of training agricultural specialists.

Purpose

Development and optimization of technologies for the cultivation of microalgae, the production of bioactive humic substances and phytohormones, followed by the creation of biological products. Ensure that they are used to increase crop productivity, improve the food supply, and restore polluted soils.

Expected and achieved results

Strains of microalgae Chlorella and Scenedesmus sp were selected and studied. in laboratory conditions. On specialized nutrient media. crops were grown to accumulate biomass. Crop growth monitoring and quality control were carried out, test crops were prepared, and the process of harvesting, washing, and drying biomass was started. Studies of the feed base have been carried out, and the chemical composition of cattle feeds for raising 2-4, 6, 9, 18-month-old animals for the preparation of a feeding diet with the developed probiotics has been determined. The analysis of brown coal was carried out: the elemental composition, humidity, ash content, organic mass of coal (WMD), the content of humic acids and functional groups (phenolic OH, carboxylic COOH, quinoid C=O, etc.) were established. The mode of coal oxidation was optimized to obtain humic substances with high bioactivity. Methods of obtaining humic biological products have been developed, their composition, structure and morphology have been studied. The results of bioactivity of humic substances on soy in laboratory conditions have been obtained. Methods of extraction and purification of phytohormone FC from plant material (wheat, corn) have been developed. Identification, fractionation and quantitative determination of phytohormone were carried out, and its effect on plant physiological processes was studied. The factors regulating the synthesis of FC under stressful conditions have been determined, and methods for its isolation and analysis have been developed. The effectiveness of various phytohormone purification methods for obtaining a high-purity product has been revealed.
