Relevance

The effectiveness of the program is due to: - Process optimization: automation of legal aid and educational services saves time and resources. - Involvement of participants: reaching a wide audience, including socially vulnerable groups, to receive legal aid and education. - Improving the quality of services: providing personalized solutions and recommendations based on artificial intelligence and data analysis. - Infrastructure improvement: development of a platform integrated with government portals, educational institutions and legal clinics. - Development of digital systems: digitalization and automation of legal processes increase accessibility and efficiency. - Transparency and accountability: ensuring full transparency of legal services processes and increasing user confidence.

Purpose

The aim of the program is to develop and implement an online platform combining a training service and an automated legal aid system to improve access to qualified legal aid and enhance the legal culture in Kazakhstan.

Expected and achieved results

The platform will be integrated with educational institutions and government portals, providing free access to legal services.

1. The results of the studied theoretical, methodological and conceptual foundations for expanding public access to legal aid have been obtained. 1.1. The results of the review and analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches have been obtained, best practices and successful practices have been identified, and recommendations for adapting effective models for Kazakhstan have been prepared. 1.2. Successful examples of the implementation of digital solutions, as well as socio-economic conclusions and recommendations in the field of jurisprudence in Western Europe, South America and Canada have been obtained. The novelty of the results lies in conducting a comprehensive analysis of international experience in digitalization and automation of legal aid, identifying successful cases and socio-economic effects, as well as developing recommendations for adapting advanced models for Kazakhstan, taking into account national characteristics.
