The developed universal pulse modem is an innovative solution in the field of automated commercial energy accounting systems. The innovative approach includes theoretical and methodological justification, as well as practical implementation of the concept defining the essence, goals, objectives, principles and methods of creating a universal pulse modem. The constructive and technological principles and design proposals are formulated, which make it possible to develop and implement a working prototype of a modem for effective accounting of energy resources in automated systems, contributing to the optimization of energy consumption management in various fields of application.
