2013 – Laboratory Assistant at the “Structural and Functional Genomics” Laboratory, M.A. Aitkhozhin Institute of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.

2016 – Junior Researcher at the “Structural and Functional Genomics” Laboratory, M.A. Aitkhozhin Institute of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.

2023 – Researcher at the “Structural and Functional Genomics” Laboratory, M.A. Aitkhozhin Institute of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.

From 2025 to the present – Senior Lecturer at the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, Satbayev University (Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satbayev).

Education

Bachelor’s Degree: From 2010 to 2014, studied at the Faculty of Biology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, specializing in “050701 – Biotechnology.”

Bachelor’s Thesis: In 2014, defended a bachelor’s thesis under the supervision of Doctor of Biological Sciences T.S. Balmukhanov on the topic: “Polymorphism of the p53 gene in the DNA of nuclear industry workers.”

Master’s Degree: From 2014 to 2016, studied at the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, specializing in “6M070100 – Biotechnology.”

International Internship: From August 11 to August 28, 2015, actively participated in the training course “Modern Methods in Biotechnology” at the University of Duisburg-Essen (Germany), supervised by Prof. Dr. Michael Ehrmann.

Master’s Thesis: In 2016, defended a master’s dissertation under the supervision of Doctor of Biological Sciences T.S. Balmukhanov on the topic: “Study of the association between ZNF (zinc fingers) gene polymorphisms and the risk of breast cancer development.”

Scientific projects

In 2013-2015, within the framework of the scientific and technical program led by Academician N.A. Aitkhozhina, a study was conducted on the topic “Structural and Functional Features of the Genome for Early Diagnosis and Prognosis of Breast Cancer.”

This work was carried out under the supervision of Doctor of Biological Sciences T.S. Balmukhanov in collaboration with A.O. Abaildaev, resulting in the publication of a domestic patent.
