Professional biography
Baiturbay Orynbassar graduated with honors in 2016 from the Faculty of geography and environmental management of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the Department of geography,land management and cadastre in the specialty "5b090700 – Cadastre" in 2020.
He is a graduate of the first master's degree in the specialty "marine and energy law", which was opened between Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and Baku State University.
