Professional biography
1989 to 2012 served in various command and teaching positions in air defense units and subdivisions of the Armed Forces of the USSR and the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2012, he was transferred to the reserve. At the military department since 2020.
Education
Graduated from the Yaroslavl Higher Anti-Aircraft Missile Command School of Air Defense in 1989. Specialty - Command tactical radio equipment. Qualification - Radio equipment operation engineer.
