Professional biography
In 1994-2014, he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in various positions from Chief of Staff, commander of a tank battalion to head of the Department of the National Defense University of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2014, he was dismissed to the reserve. Since 2016, he has been at the military Department. In 2018, he was appointed Deputy head of the Institute of Military Affairs.
Education
In 1989, he graduated from the Tashkent Higher Military Tank Command School.
In 1998, he graduated from the Academy of Armored Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
