Since 1990, she has been actively involved in fundamental and applied research of the historical science of Kazakhstan. Since 2003, she is the head of fundamental and applied research projects of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Timely research project: Scientific supervisor of the research project "Kazakhs in the Second World War: documents from foreign archives" (2018-2020).
