She began her professional career at the Kazakh Head Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering:
From 1982 - 1989 - worked as an assistant,
from 1989 - 1995 - teacher
1995-2003 - Senior Lecturer,
from December 2001 to January 2003 - head. graduate school.
From February 2002 to February 2003, she worked as a researcher at the RSE Integrated Processing of Mineral Raw Materials.
From March 2003 to September 2003, he was the chief specialist of Hydroeko LLP.

Scientific projects
Main research interests are the preparation of drinking water from surface and underground sources.
She worked as the supervisor of a research project on the topic: "Research and development of technology for treating natural waters from anthropogenic pollution and improving the quality of drinking water for water supply in Astana" in 2016-2017.
