AP23489685 "Development of a digital method for monitoring defects and characteristics of intra-quarry technological roads during open-pit mining of mineral deposits"
The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of operation of dump trucks by developing and implementing a digital method of monitoring the state of defects and characteristics of intra-quarry technological roads. It provides accounting of the impact of defects of quarry roads on the durability of metal structures of dump trucks, diesel fuel consumption and tire wear, allowing to make management decisions and predictive measures to obtain the best performance indicators of mining operations.
Relevance of the project: is the need to improve the quality of quarry roads and reduce operating costs for mining and transportation works through the use of the developed new method of digital monitoring of the state of types, characteristics and defects of quarry roads by means of constant registration of changes in the loadings of the unsprung part of the body of dump trucks in the course of their voyage work, providing a reduction in labor costs for monitoring the state of quarry roads in 8-10 times, increasing the speed of movement of dump trucks.
