АР19680576 " Development of a multifunctional wound-healing polymer composite material (PCM) of prolonged action for medical purposes"
Relevance
The economic efficiency or significance of the work is ensured by the use of available natural bentonite clays from a Kazakhstani deposit and the production of a filler based on them for 3D-PCM modified with silver nanoparticles.
Purpose
Development of a multifunctional wound-healing 3D polymer composite material with prolonged action, based on bentonite modified with silver nanoparticles, a biopolymer and an active drug.
Expected and achieved results
The results of the work. The physicochemical properties, including the elemental composition, chemical structure, structural and phase characteristics, and morphology of the initial bentonites of the Kalzhat and Orta Tentek deposits were studied. The rock-forming mineral of the bentonites Kalzhat and Orta Tentek has been determined. The clays of the Republic of Kazakhstan were decationized with a 3% sodium carbonate solution and the optimal clay ratio was revealed:sodium carbonate. X-ray fluorescence analysis and scanning electron microscopy were used to determine the chemical composition and morphology of decationized clay samples. Scientific novelty. It has been established that the main constituents of Kalzhat and Ortatentek clays are oxides of silicon and aluminum. X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopic analyses revealed that the main rock-forming mineral of the Kalzhat and Orta Tentek clays is montmorillonite of the following composition Si7.80Al1.72Li0.16Fe0.20Mg0.28O20.00.. The morphology of both Kalzhat and Orta Tentek clays is characterized by a pronounced layered structure with different particle sizes. Samples of decationized bentonites were obtained and their physico-chemical, porous-textural, structural-phase, microstructural and sorption characteristics, as well as their chemical composition and structure, were studied.
