Development of a manipulator mechanism for coating eyeglass optics
For applying strengthening coatings, a complex is being developed, the main purpose of which is to increase the strength and wear resistance of surfaces. The strengthening coating is considered as the main one of all types of coatings, and its application precedes other types of coatings. The robotic complex (hereinafter referred to as RTK) is developed taking into account the principles of its operation.
The study of various types of coatings and the principles of their operation led to the choice of the dipping method as optimal for RTK. It is noted that the strengthening coating becomes the basis for subsequent layers. The developed system uses the dipping method, as it shows high resistance to abrasive wear, and the method itself is relatively simple to implement.
