Matayeva Zaira Toktarbekkyzy

Professional biography

She began her career in 2000 as a senior researcher at the Scientific Research Institute of New Chemical Technologies and Materials at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2003, she defended her PhD thesis and received the degree of Candidate of Chemical Sciences in the specialty 02.00.15 – "Catalysis".  From 2004 to 2006, she continued her career as a senior lecturer at the Department of Chemistry of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.Asfendiyarov. Since 2006, he has been a senior lecturer at the Department of Chemical Technology of Oil and Gas Refining at KazNTU named after K.I. Satpayev. Since 2014, Deputy Director for Academic Work at the K.Turysov Institute of Geology and Oil and Gas Engineering.

Within the framework of the State Program of Industrial and Innovative Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she underwent advanced training at the Lomonosov Moscow State University of Fine Chemical Technologies under the program "Petrochemistry and Oil and Gas Processing". He has a certificate of advanced training course on the topic: "Zhogary oku ornin baskarudyn innovation management. Isker bashylyk.", "Distance learning technologies in the educational process". 

He is the author of more than 20 scientific papers.

He is the co-author of the electronic textbook "Chemistry. 7-synyp", publisher: Almatykitap (web platform, https://topiq.kz /).

In 2017, she was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
