Professional biography
n 1997, he graduated from the Tashkent electrotechnical Institute of communications with a degree in multi-channel telecommunications.Qualification: engineer of elektrosviazi.
And from 1997 to 2003, he served as a long-term military service under a contract at the communication node in V/h 31735 as a shift chief of the Telegraph center.
And in 01.09.2006-31.08.2004 he worked as an assistant at the Almaty University of energy and communications.
01.09.2006-31.08.2012 teacher of the Department of "radio Engineering, electronics and telecommunications" of the Kazakh national technical University named after K. I. Satpayev.
