A highly qualified teacher, a well-known scientist in the field of environmental protection in the open development of mineral deposits. At the invitation of the Government of France, he completed a one-year professional internship at the Paris School of Mines. He has a diploma of the Higher National Mining Academy, speaks French. He has published more than 100 works, including 5 textbooks in the state language, 3 copyright certificates for inventions, dictionaries, reference books.
