Professional biography
Over the years, he worked as Dean of the General Engineering Faculty of Civil Engineering, Head of the Scientific Research Workers' Council, Deputy Vice-Rector for Research, Dean of the Mining Faculty, Director of the Center for New Information Technologies, Head of the Department of Computerization of Technological Processes and Project Management, Director of the International Center for Project Management of KazNRTU named after K.I. Satpayev, First Deputy of the State Attestation Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Education
In 1992 he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences on the topic "Technology for managing ore streams in asbestos quarries."
