Professional biography

From 09.1981 to 12.1983 she worked as an assistant in the department of “Metal, wooden structures, foundations and foundations” of the Almaty Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering

From 02.1983 to 07.1989 she worked as a trainee researcher, postgraduate student, scientific employee of the department "Mechanics of soils, foundations and foundations" of the Moscow Civil Engineering Institute named by Kuibyshev V.V. Participated in the contractual topics of the department.

From 09.1989 to 01.1992 she worked as a senior teacher, associate professor of the department "Reinforced Concrete Structures" of the Almaty Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering. She led the course and diploma design in the specialty of ASG with a specialization in “Foundations and Foundations”. She participated in the development of real graduation projects with reference to the existing conditions of construction sites, taking into account the peculiarities of soil conditions, seismic zoning and geotechnical features of the regions of Kazakhstan.

From 01.1992 to 01.1997 she worked as the chief expert, the main builder in the Republican Foreign Economic Association “Kazakhstan Sauda”. She worked on the preparation and submission of design estimates for the construction of the Inter Continental Hotel, the provision of construction and installation schedules for financing to Eximbanks of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Turkey. Monitoring contract performance. She worked with the Turkish company Aysel, the contractor for the construction of the hotel.

From 01.1997 to 06.2005 she was president of Degdar OJSC (old name Raimbek Investment and Privatization Fund). She worked in the stock market with government securities and shares of enterprises acquired in the process of mass privatization. Participated in auctions held by the State Property Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 07.2005 to 9.2011 she worked as the Director of Premier City Kazakhstan Company LLP. Investment company in the field of construction and development.

From 10.2011 to 01.2013 she was the director of the representative office of Munayaspap Joint-Stock Company in Astana. Organized the opening of the office of the representative office in Astana.

From 07.2013 to 08.2015 she worked as a director of Premier City Kazakhstan Company LLP. Investment company in the field of construction and development.

Since 09.2015 she has been an associate professor at the Department of "Construction and building materials" of the Institute of architecture and construction of the Kazakh national research technical university named after K. Satbayev.
