From 1978 to 2002 – postgraduate student, associate professor of the Faculty. Resistance of materials and TMM of K.I. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University (Almaty);

From 2002 to 2005 – Associate Professor of the Department of Natural Sciences of the Kazakh-British Technical University (Almaty);

From 2005-2011, Associate professor of the Faculty. Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of K.I.Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University (Almaty);

From 2011-2017 – Associate Professor of the Department of Mechanics of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Almaty);

From 2017 to the present, Associate Professor of the Department of Engineering Mechanics and Modeling of the Institute of Energy and Mechanical Engineering Satbayev University (Almaty);

3.The project of program-targeted financing "Development of a prototype of solid rocket fuel, software and hardware and technologies for designing subsystems of launch vehicles of light and ultralight classes", U.A. Dzholdasbekov named JIME, 2021-2023.
