Professional biography
From 1988 to 2002, he served in the armed forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in various command positions. From 2002 to 2017, he served in Military Engineering Institute of radioelectronics and communications of the Ministry of defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan from teacher to Deputy chief of staff. In 2017, he was retired. At the military Department since 2020.
Education
In 1988 graduated from the Orenburg higher antiaircraft missile command school.
